Noelle M. Carpenter

Noelle Carpenter has been in the Cosmetology Industry since 1997. In that time Noelle has gained valuable experience in all areas of the profession. Starting as a manicurist and then gaining her cosmetology license as well as her instructor’s license. In 2003 she started Noelle Day Spa & Salon in Franklin MA. Noelle opened the salon with 17 employees and 1,800 square feet and quickly grew to 38 employees and 4,000 square feet.

In 2009 her love for education fueled her desire to open a cosmetology school. She was the proprietor of Cosmix School of Beauty Sciences in Marlboro, MA until 2017.

Noelle’s Salon and School has been recognized in the industry with many awards including numerous Reader’s Choice Awards placing first for the region. She has been recognized as a business leader in Franklin, MA for her innovated business practices and is involved in her community and is always looking for ways to give back.

Noelle’s passion for the profession and success motivated her in 2013 to consult for other Salons and professionals. In 2014 Noelle was appointed to the Massachusetts State Board of Cosmetology and after serving with Paul Andrews on the Board they decided to combine their education, experience and talents with Salon Success Consulting Services.

Paul P. Andrews

Paul was introduced to the Cosmetology Industry after being appointed to the Massachusetts State Cosmetology Board as a Public Member in 2008. Paul was on the Board for seven years with his last two years serving as Board Chair.

Paul is a Massachusetts State Licensed Massage Therapist and also currently serves on the Massachusetts State Massage Therapy Board and is Board Chair. Serving on the State Regulatory Boards has provided Paul the opportunity to service the public and gain valuable experience in the industry.

Paul’s background is in health care and compliance as well as business & practice management and an educator in the Physical Medicine profession. Paul is excited to combine his knowledge and experience with Noelle’s to provide a well-rounded and comprehensive service to the Cosmetology industry.
